The latest round of the Youth Start-up Internship Scheme under the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau is now open for applications, offering 200 internships at start-ups in Cyberport and Science Park. The 2026 Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme is now open year-round. Eligible companies with cross-border operations can hire Hong Kong graduates (bachelor's degree minimum salary: HKD 18,000) for mainland postings, receiving up to HKD 12,000/month in wage subsidies for up to 18 months, and can also hire an equal number of mainland youth for Hong Kong roles, fostering talent exchange.
